VAULTED is being built with real seller feedback, and the Discord server gives card sellers a simple place to share ideas, ask questions, report problems, and help shape the workflow.
If you sell Pokemon cards, sports cards, TCG cards, or other collectibles on eBay, the VAULTED Discord is a place to talk through the practical details: listing faster, tracking inventory, pricing better, shipping safely, and building tools that actually fit the work.
Why we created it
VAULTED started from seller frustration: repeated listing steps, scattered spreadsheets, disconnected sales numbers, and too much time spent retyping the same card details. The Discord community is meant to keep the product grounded in what sellers are actually doing every day.
The best ideas usually come from specific seller problems. If a workflow is annoying, slow, confusing, or easy to mess up, that is exactly the kind of thing worth discussing.
How to use each channel
#announcements
This is where official VAULTED updates, feature releases, early-access notes, and important community news will be posted. It keeps the signal clean so members can find product updates without digging through chat.
#introductions
Use this channel to say who you are, what you sell, where you sell, and what you want to improve. Whether you are a part-time Pokemon seller, sports card seller, TCG collector, or full-time reseller, introductions help everyone understand the community.
#vaulted-feedback
This channel is for real product feedback. Share what feels useful, what feels confusing, what takes too many clicks, and what would make VAULTED easier to use in your actual seller workflow.
#feature-requests
Use this channel for new feature ideas. The best requests explain the problem, how you solve it now, and what the ideal workflow would look like inside VAULTED.
#bug-reports
If something breaks or behaves strangely, post it here. Include what you were doing, what happened, what you expected, and a screenshot if possible. Clear bug reports help fixes happen faster.
#ebay-selling
This is the general seller workflow channel for eBay listings, pricing, offers, fees, inventory, shipping, and sales strategy. If it affects selling cards on eBay, it fits here.
#pokemon-cards
Use this channel for Pokemon card sourcing, condition, grading, pricing, storage, listing questions, and collection organization. It is a focused space for Pokemon sellers and collectors.
#sports-cards
This channel is for baseball, basketball, football, soccer, racing, UFC, and other sports card discussions. Pricing, comps, player demand, grading, buying collections, and sales workflows all belong here.
#shipping-and-supplies
Use this channel for sleeves, top loaders, card savers, team bags, mailers, labels, postage, packaging, and shipping costs. Safe shipping protects the card, the buyer experience, and your margin.
